On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a qualified, dynamic and results oriented
Project Manager. He/She will be directly responsible for revenue generation, and the
leadership and management of all sales and business development operations,
including pipeline forecasting, sales strategy, and overall team management. The
Project Manager should build and grow the business by identifying market. Define the
go-to-market strategy to meet the project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in sales and people management.
Successful management and overall performance of the Sales team (sales
territory leaders and Field Agents)
Developing a sales strategy and execution plan to enter new territories as per the
Contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic
plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
Forecasting sales and budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing budget/actual
variances; initiating corrective actions.
Developing and adjusting compensation/commission structure to achieve desired
Developing annual sales targets; projecting expected sales volume and profit for
existing and new products
Using CRM system for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data by
product, by territory, and by team member
Maintaining relationships with key clients by making periodic visits and phone
calls; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Recruiting, orienting, training, coaching employees; communicating job
expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing performance of
sales team members; enforcing policies and procedures.
Being the contact person between the company and the project sponsor and
ensure to provide periodic business updates.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Commerce, Administration, or any other
Must have over 5 years hands on experience in sales and management roles
Must have hands on and deep experience in the sale of cable and Satellite
TV products such as DSTV and StarTimes products and services
Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and sales.
Must have proven experience in strong leadership and team management.
Knowledge and use of the CRM system is required.
Strong business acumen and ability to negotiate.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
