Position: Country Sales Lead
The country sales lead is directly responsible for the country’s revenue, and the direction
and management of all sales and business development operations in the country, including pipeline
forecasting, county sales strategy, and overall sales management. The Country Sales lead should build
and grow the country’s business by identifying market opportunities and profitable ways to address
them. Define the go-to-market strategy to meet the country’s strategic objectives set by the
company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Implement the county’s strategy while monitoring the scope areas in line with the sales
strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to achieve the set objectives
Develop and cascade the country’s targets through a performance management structure
while inspiring the team to achieve the country target in line with the overall objective
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales.
Evaluate market trends, gather competitor information, and identify trends that affect current
and future growth of country sales and profitability for decision-making.
Develop customer relationships through regular operational reviews to ensure that
opportunities are grasped.
Develop and implement efficient route-to-market strategies
Account manage our very biggest clients, develop and grow them
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, so as to keep abreast with targets v/s actual
Manage talent including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training, and evaluating
staff to achieve the highest levels of performance.
Responsible for the country sales chain and KPIs
Design and implement a country strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer
base and ensure its strong presence
Present country sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of study
At least 3-5 years of successful previous experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 + years as a
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, with a strong
Excellent negotiation and selling skills
Good analytical and planning skills
Good leadership skills with proven experience in coaching, mentoring teams and identifying
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Experience in using a CRM (Bitrix 24 would be advantageous) and managing team performance
via CRM tools
